Triploid Grass Carp Permitting
A NYSDEC Permit is required for all Triploid Grass Carp purchases.

Grass Carp Permits are still free; however, they are no longer valid for multiple years; all permits now expire on November 30th of the current calendar year.
A permit is required in New York State to ensure grass carp are stocked safely and do not negatively impact natural waterways or native ecosystems.
State law also prohibits our supplier from transporting the fish without a valid permit.
If we do not have your approved permit in time, your ENTIRE order will be CANCELED.
